Terms and conditions

The price includes

 

For each proposal it is included in the rate:

- organization

- Hike leading

- Guide's civil liability insurance

 

The rate does not include:

 

- trip expenses

- Food and beverages

- accident insurance for participants

- anything not expressly specified in "the price includes"

 

 

The payment will be required previously or after depending on the programme you choose and it will be specified during the booking anyways.

Cancellations

 

The activities can be canceled or changed for safety matters, bad weather, others.

Evaluation of weather conditions, for cancellation or schedule changes, is duty and responsibility of the Guide only.

a) in case of cancellation no deposit will be required and any fees paid will be fully refunded.

b) in the event of schedule changes regarding 1-2 days trekking proposals, it will be communicated as soon as possible and each member will be free to join or not the new program without any penalty. Any fees paid will be returned in full.

c) for multi-day treks, the variation or interruption of the trek will be decided by the Guide who is leading the group. Any services not used but already paid will be refunded as soon as possible.

The Journey

 

The starting point of the hike will be reached by own means. In case the participants are willing to share a car trip, the expenses will be divided among the crew.

Participants obligations

 

Participants are required to:

 

• respect the departure time;

• show up with a psycho-physical condition, clothing and equipment suitable for the trek;

• respect the environment, store their waste and bring it back;

• follow the Guide. Follow the path without leaving or leaving the group;

• inform the guide if any problems arise in particular regarding their psycho-physical conditions and equipment.

 

Each participant is responsible for any behavior that may put in risk or cause damage to himself or to third parties, in particular if he takes personal initiatives despite the unfavorable opinion of the guide.

 

Physical fitness declaration

 

Each participant must provide the guide with any information useful for the correct assessment of their physical fitness. Participants declare under their own responsibility that they are in good health and in a psycho-physical condition suitable for the physical activity chosen.

 

Mandatory equipment

 

Poorly-equipped hikers could be excluded from the hike before departure at the sole discretion of the guide. “Layered” clothing, waterproof jacket and / or rain coat, hiking boots in good condition, headgear, sunglasses, sunscreen, backpack, food and water (at least 1.5 liters) are required.

Dogs

 

Participants who want be accompanied by their dog have to notify it at booking time to enable the guide to evaluate its suitability. It will be at the sole discretion of the guide to confirm whether or not the animal is allowed to participate, depending on the nature and type of the outdoor activity.

 

Authorization for the reproduction/use of sound and image files

 

During the outdoor activity, photos and/or video shots will be taken and possibly upload by the guide on websites and social pages for promotional purposes relating to the activity itself. Participation in our programmes implies permission to reproduce images and sounds.

 

Acceptance of the regulation

 

Your participation in our outdoor programme implies the unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.
